I've been cooking all my life. A native californian with a transplant to WA state, I grew fond of hot hot hot peppers in the last few years. A coworker has in indoor grow operation and brings samples of his sauces. I previously made my own salsas that were so good, a large company you all might know asked me to make it for the employees on a pay basis. Now I'm experimenting with super hot mashes and made my first sauce from one just this week.
