i finally got around to trying your Habanero Dry Rub...

Its Fantastic !

I made of couple of 'Beer can' Chickens over the BBQ after brining the birds all night...

It is a very good blend of ingredients, spices and flavour...it also had a nice warming of the mouth the more you eat....

i had a full house of family members and did a little test on them to see which chicken they preferred ( something like a blind test ).

6 out 8 chose the bird with your rub vs the bird with the very popular 'Montreal Chicken Rub' ( sold in most supermarkets in Canada ).

Job Well Done !
