I'm a 73 year old kid at heart who makes and sells a variety of sauces. One in particular is my Hot Pepper Sauce, a mix of habanero,jalapeno and piquin pepper extracts. This sauce is hot and has a garlic base to die for.
I also make,Hot Wasabi Mustard, Honey BBQ and Hickory Smoke BBQ and Hawaiian Teriyaki. My wife and I just added a Buffalo Wing Sauce for one of
our clients. I have been doing sauces for 25 years
and what was once a hobby,is now a part time business.

Honey BBQ Wing Sauce
1 1/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Combine all ingredients in a skillet, cook on med - low for 5 minutes, stirring as you go.
This is a nice wing sauce, if you want heat add your favorite.
