4 large sized rocotos (marlene, giant, etc.)
4 slices of bacon
80g ground beef
20 to 30g of grated cheddar
2 teaspoons of vinegar
2 teaspoons of sugar
mix ground beef and cheddar, cut of the top of the rocotos, take out the placenta and seeds, put the empty rocotos in boiling water, adding the vinegar and sugar, for 3 minutes. when cold, stuff in the beef-cheese-mix. put the top back on top, wrap a slice of bacon around, put in oven or bbq at 150°C to 160°C for about 20 to 30 minutes.
