Gourmet Hemp Foods began in 2016 when Joe & Rob met in Richmond and began their journey as Industrial Hemp Activist. Several years later they now have a full-fledge food company complete with hemp-based pastas and sauces. Our Hemp Hottie Sauce is the creation of Reggie Hall who put everything he had into it! We're not kidding, he threw five peppers into one sauce: Habaneros, Arbol, Serranos, Jalapenos, and Ancho Chile Peppers. And, last but not least, each sauce contains the superfood that is hempseed oil.

Hemp Hottie Shrimp by Chef Tye Hall
Ingredients
1 lb. shrimp peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp of olive oil
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 cup hemp hottie sauce
Direction:
Rinse shrimp and pat dry with paper towel. Drizzle olive oil into medium skillet and add butter over medium-low heat. Once butter has melted, add in shrimp and garlic. Cook, stirring often until the shrimp have turned pink, about 3-5 minutes. Add in hemp hottie sauce and cook another 1-2 minutes until thickened. Remove skillet from heat and set aside.
