Well I'm a self confessed, Chili addict =)
Always have loved the spicy stuff since I was a young lad... So when I was in my late teens I loved trying different fresh chilies when I could. I have dreams of owning my own chili product company so I started my venture through Youtube and it's awesome community. At this point in time I test hot sauces for a great and local company to myself, you should check them out at www.hotsauceemporium.co.uk... I also grow my own chilies when I have the time and space to do so.. (being a University student just means I don't have the time at the moment)
