Sorry; not held a bottle in years and assumed it had a following!  The displayed content on the label was Cayenne.

Hi All!   So chuffed to have stumbled across this forum!   I'm an English chilli-head, converted to hot-sauce by a low fat diet in the 90s (fat = flavour, so had to substitute something).   Looking forward to being an active member.   Peter
