    Sorry, have been incommunicado for the weekend (in-laws).   Yes, I am looking for a thick sauce/ketchup but with the strong hit of cayenne.  Please do hit me up with your method, if I can't find a sauce-a-like I'll happily cobble one together.

    On a whim, I tried and failed to get a bottle of "Dan-T's Inferno", a sauce I loved in the 90s/00s.   They've gone and permanently rolled down their shutters.   I'd love to find a similar/comparable cayenne ketchup with heat but can only find splash/Tabasco style sauces (and "Frank's" just isn't...

    A welcome find

    Hi All!   So chuffed to have stumbled across this forum!   I'm an English chilli-head, converted to hot-sauce by a low fat diet in the 90s (fat = flavour, so had to substitute something).   Looking forward to being an active member.   Peter
