Biography

I am a first time pepper grower as of spring 2021. I really love food, especially spicy food!

I'm most interested in hot peppers that have distinctive flavors, and ones that are a part of traditional regional cuisines. I like making food from around the world, using the traditional herbs and vegetables, so I'm working on a garden where I can have all of my unique and hard-to-find ingredients home grown.
