Ingredients
This recipe is listed in "Units". A Unit can be Tbsp, tsp, cup, etc. Depends on how much you want to make at one time.
I make my own dried pepper powders and find that makes the flavor so much better. Use the freshest peppers you can find or grow. I dry them on my dehydrator twice to make sure they powder perfectly.
4 Unit Jalapeno Powder
2 Unit Sea Salt
3/4 Unit Garlic Powder
3/4 Unit Onion Powder
1/2 Unit Habanero Powder
1/4 Unit Cumin (If using as a rub or marinade)
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in spice blender.
2. Mix well
3. Store in air-tight bottle with shaker top
