- I've been a hot sauce addict my entire life - my dad was a great influence, always having 4-5 different varieties on hand and introducing my brother & I to all sorts of foods from different cultures. As an adult I've long had a robust hot sauce collection ranging anywhere from 30-50 bottles at a time. I'm much more into flavor than heat, but I do love heat provided there’s a complex underlying flavor.
