Hot Pineapple-mango Jam
1 larger pineapple.
1 larger mango.
1 yellow 7pot brain strain (or more if you like it more spicy).
Juice of 1 or 2 limes, depending on the size of the lime(s) and the amount of fruit.
Jelly sugar (sugar with pectin).
Clean pineapple and cut to pieces.
Remove skin from mango and cut flesh to pieces.
Remove seeds (and optionally placenta) from 7pot.
Put pineapple pieces, mango pieces and 7pot in blender and blend until you get a "smoothie".
Put in a cooking pan and add equal amount of jelly sugar by weight (sugar with pectin) (or add the amount indicated on sugar package). Add the juice of the lime(s).
Bring to boiling temperature and let it boil as indicated on the sugar package (4 minutes with the sugar I use).
Put in jars and let cool down.
Done!
