Turns out 35 plants was a low guess. The kind and generous Windchicken also sent me some Zapotec jalapeno and P dreadie scotch bonnet seeds so those just need to find a place in my garden. Getting very excited for the season.

How do saucemakers add bacon flavour to their sauces? Just bits of bacon? Or do they use rendered bacon fat for sauteing the other ingredients? What would be the easiest and safest way?

Thanks! I had 30-35 in mind for my first try so I'll get a few more seeds going. Don't want to overcrowd the garden, my balcony grow last summer ended with me having to crawl around to water the plants. 

Will definetely do some mulching. I have 1 question regarding how many plants i should plant, right now I have 17 plants in various stages of pregrowth/overwintering. Got about 10 more seeds germinating. The piece of land reserved for peppers is about 16,5 by 24,5 feet. Could I stick some more...
