Not so much a recipe as an idea: This is something my dad used to do when I was a kid and we lived in Northeastern Brazil. He would go to the local market and buy whatever peppers he liked, usually 3-5 different kinds. Then he would put them all in a jar of olive oil and let them set for a while, and that was it. We didn't know pepper names at the time, but now I know that he always had quite a few habaneros in the mix. He would usually use it on a plate of rice & beans, using a knife to sprinkle a few drops over the food.
