Hi. I'm honestly not a big fan of spicey things, but over the past year I have developed an appriciation for the unique flavors that different peppers and pepper products have. I don't realy eat "hot" sauce, it's more like "Warm" sauce. I do however try anything that is offered by my pepper excited friends.

This isn't very hot, but it's all I can think of right now.


Two Tablespoons Red Curry paste
1/4-1/2 cup of Bragg's Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce
Dash of dry basil or 4-5 fresh basil leaves chopped
some crushed red pepper

mix it all together and pour over a medely of stir fry veggies.
