I'm skeptical, because they're coming from China, and everytime I buy something on ebay, and it's from China, it's crap. I hope Omri shares his opinion, as I regard him as an expert on LED lighting.

I've done a lot of my pepper growing inside on windowsills. My have found it to be very frustrating trying to grow Chinenses this way. They get terrible flower drop. I would recommend anything else to start.

Not sure if you're still looking, but a very kind member from Hungary helped me buy 10 packs of seeds from his country. I would be interested in helping you out.

My preference would be to keep the plants in my front seat, and be open and honest. They do random searches, and if caught smuggling, they can make your life very, very difficult. I may have to look into pre inspection.
