Quick house salsa for everyday use: saute 15 dried de arbol chiles and two garlic cloves in 1 tblsp oil for 5 minutes. Add two boiled whole tomatos and chile/garlic mixture to a blender and blend well. Season with salt and enjoy. Quick and yummy.
