Biography

I am 41 years old and on Christmas night of 2006 I was hit by a drunk driver on the way to see my children and the result was a complete severing of my spinal cord at the C5 and C6 level which rendered me a quadriplegic paralyzed from the neck down and with it being a complete injury it means that it is irreparable. I live independently with visiting caregivers and help from my amazing children. I have been paralyzed for almost 13 years but you won't hear me complain. I run a Indy wrestling promotion here in central Illinois and I am a part-time student at Lakeland community college here in Mattoon where I am majoring in English with a mindset geared towards professional journalism. I love spicy food and experimenting with different peppers by implementing them in comfort food and desserts such as habanero cherry pie and jalapeno strawberry rhubarb pie. I am currently germinating chocolate habanero and ghost pepper seeds for indoor growth in a deep water culture system.

take a 5th of vodka and slice a couple of hot peppers of your choosing into spears and drop into the bottle and recap and let it set for 48 hours and the vodka will take on the heat and flavor of your favorite pepper and can be drunk by itself without mixing.
