    My Q's - the one in the back, with the cover, is an old gas that I converted to charcoal. The rib steaks from the other day.... My smoker is in still in the carhole for another few weeks until spring.

    MMmm I went to a factory in Spain (Murcia) that squeezed those and made fantastic juice out of them. Was for sale in Canada for a while under the PC brand, but no longer available.

    what wood do you use????

    I usually use apple for multipurpose - ribs, legs, cheese etc.. Next trip to Bass Pro will be to get some mesquite to try.

    Hi from Ontario, Canada

    Currently -10C (14F), rec'd about 1 1/2 feet of snow in the last 36 hours, pot of chili on the stove and shoveled a pathway in my backyard so I can bbq tonight. A good day for hotsauce!
