Got a little overwhelmed with some unexpected, yet welcomed, additional travel this summer. Didn't leave much time to blog and barely enough time to keep my troopers alive. Even through the neglect, finally showing some stacked pods! Giant Orange Habs are popping. Just harvested about 15...

So I'm pretty happy with my plants. I began hardening about a week ago. This is the fourth session of indirect (but pretty substantial) light. After gathering the solo cups from beneath my fluorescents, I noticed some yellowing. I know over watering isn't the problem. I make them beg for...

May I (re)introduce you to: the "Swineapple"

That's exactly what I was thinking with my original question about pre-cooking the meat. Add a Cialis to the dry rub... No more mushy meat!

I'm using a spray bottle as well, but no watering problems yet. I peeled the fiber cups off and replanted in Solo cups so I won't have to worry about root/water issues. Hopefully I'll start hardening them off in the next few days and be able to plant outside by Preakness!

So I noticed something strange while potting up the last of my seedlings to solo cups. As part of my watering regimen I let the soil and starting cups thoroughly dry between watering. About 1 to 3 days. When I do water them... I WATER THEM! I drench the soil as well as the fibrous cups I use...

    Garden Tour! MARYLAND

I've sliced many a f-ing pineapple in my day for figgin frozen drinks...imo the best way to tell is smell. As soon as you detect a pungent sweet pineapple smell slice er up. Also the navel? area should give a bit when pressed.

Sounds like Ten Fidy ... I age my Ten Fiddy at room temp for at least 6 months. Turns soooo smooth and rich. I'm a big cigar guy so I always make sure to have plenty of stout, whiskey, and port on hand ;)

    seeds Preferred Seed Starting Method

Good way to sterilize your soil without making your house stink like a horse farm is a nice foil roasting pan on your gas grill. Meat therm will let u know when you've reached target temp. Go low a D slow and stir often to not cook off nutrients.

Nice!!! I'm in Baltimore County. Lemme know if you're looking for some cool tomato plants. Really good grower out my way. Plants look great and the citrus, pineapple and avocado look awesome. Can't believe your peppers are hardened off already.

Strange. Guess it's just one of those things. I got my seeds from Judy and soaked em for 24 hrs in chamomile like I did with all my other seeds. Also just using Pro Mix BX for seed starting medium. Hope they pop soon for you Went downstairs to find an emerged seedling and 2 hooks. Signs of...

Hmm, I don't recall my peach nagas taking any more time than any of the others. I could be wrong, they were in a 72 cell tray with a bunch of other supers. One of my shelving units is that exact one but I keep a 48" heat mat on the bottom rack to germ seedlings. Really speeds up the process. My...
