HD (Home Depot) is having a sale on Kingsford briquets. Two 20 lb. bags sold as a 2-pack, for $9.97. That's a total of forty lbs. of charcoal. I'll be stocking up for the summer months.
The one pic is of the mustards side by side. The taste pic used a piece of home smoked Monterey pepperjack cheese.
Zatarains first taste is vinegar and salt and a little bitterness, followed by a bit of heat. It's grainy in comparison, yet lighter in color.
Shut-My-Mouth first taste is sweeter...
