Jeff's Hot Salsa

3 medium jalapeños, chopped (seeds and all)
2 medium habañeros, chopped (seeds and all)
2-4 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chili powder

Mix all ingredients in a food processor until you get the consistency you desire. I prefer a chunky salsa, just 3 or 4 quick pulses. Add or subtract more habaneros to taste to get the heat you like. Enjoy!
