Biography

I got used to commercially available hot sauces by continually doctoring military combat rations. Adding hotsauce to meals in the dark, I quite often added more than I might have liked.

I also found hot sauce to be a good companion for those long nights on radio watch. It's hard to get bored or tired when one is doing straight shots of tabasco sauce.

Building a good tolerance over time, I naturally pushed the envelope until I found the high end of my pain threshold. It has been a pleasurable journey.

I'd like to tell you that I've never "Topped Out" but, I'd be a liar if I did. The weakest link in the chain is the stomach.

I still eat the extremely hot stuff but have to prep the gut in advance nowdays.

I'm an annual pepper grower with a penchant for Habs. I do love my little "Garden of Pain".

I'm a veteran saucier who is always looking for the next exciting twist.
