I have been cooking in a professional kitchen since I was 14 and have always had a love for spicy food. This love has just brought me into growing peppers myself and the satisfaction I get from raising something from seed. I was also prior military (not cooking). I'm currently in college to try and better myself and I unwind by jumping on here and reading the forums.
