been a police officer for 32 years, currently hold a Det/Lt rank.
Belong to the Great Lakes BBQ Assn for 2 years and enjoy cooking and smoking foods outdoors. Working hard at making the bbq assn grow and attend bbq events and comps when I can.
Find it alot of fun meeting people of all ages and occupations with the same hobby.
Started collecting hot sauces about 5 yrs ago and recently narrowed the bottles down to 75. Have always loved hot stuff but the all natural sauces with good taste along with the heat.
