    In my experience, peppers are usually  hotter than sauces of the same SHU, although there are exceptions. For example, the sauce Da Bomb Ground Zero is only clocked in at 243,000 SHU but I can say it hurt a lot worse than a ghost pepper.

        Okay so the initial heat from the peppers subsided a few minutes after the video ended, so the whole thing lasted under ten minutes. Then my stomach started to hurt so I went to lie down and that went away in a few minutes. After that, I felt great.
