Well, born in 1975, got a wife and two great kids (born 2006 and 2009). Crazy about chiles and always on the lookout for new, exciting varieties to test... and, of course, new and super delicious recipes.

Oh, and uh... I'm also nuts about the 80s: The music, the tv-shows, the movies and so on. What at weird, crazy and colorful decade, right?
