"Virgin Buffalo Sauce": Mix 2 parts Frank's Red Hot with 1 part seasoned garlic butter [oregano, basil, parsley, black pepper, and lots of garlic].

Serve with wings or what-have-you. You can also add a dollop of pepper extract or hot sauce to give that rectal burning intensity that we all need if we could just look into ourselves and admit it...

I have also mixed this with a tangy honey-mustard based product and used it as the sauce on pizza, quite successfully I might add.

Anything Else

Jalapenos are over rated...Serranos are much better as far as flavor and burn character are concerned.
