Biography

I have two hobbies, one is growing Chillis and the other is Making Home Brew.
I have recently won a Home brewing state championship and 1st place in a catagory in the Australian National Championship.
I plan to make a chilli beer soon, its in the planning stages.
My chillis are my other hobby and i like to grow hot ones that have flavour and substance.

I push everything i do to be done the best it can be and i always have lots of questions.

We only live once!!!!!

place bread in toaster, cook till golden.
smear with butter and spead vegemite on it, but not to thick.... its not jam (jelly)
eat while warm with a nice cup of tea!

I have won lots of awards for my home brewing. first places at a national level but i said all that above.

I can fart in my sleep without waking up...... everyone else in the house does.... but not me :)
