Thank you so much. That's literally the post that I found with Google.com that led me to this forum. He has some modifications to it and sounded like he was going to continue but the thread just sort of stopped.

I'm new here. Main interest is in Poblano Hot Sauce out of Tucson, AZ. I love the stuff and can't get it anywhere any longer. Lot's of confusion...the last man who made it regularly died and the rest of the family hasn't stepped up properly and continued the legacy. Not sure why. The stuff on...
