grilled asparagus...cut 1/2 inch off top leaves.cut in 4 pieces.soak in water and lemon 10 mins to keep green.drain.boil 15 mins til tender.in seperate pan put (liberal amounts of all) cup of olive oil.add minced garlic.! sautee just barely.2 mins. remove. add lemon juice and a splash of lime.black pepper.and favorite crushed pepper.in separate bowl rub sauce all over asparagus. place on grill until very slightly charred.ENJOY!!!
