Late Night Snack:
(I eat this pretty much every night, kind of addicted to it)

Basically, you take cheese, any cheese will do, creamy, shoft, hard, you name it. Just take one you like.
Then, put it on a slice of bread and roll the slice of bread. It should look like somewhat of a small burito with only cheese in it.
Last step, put hot sauce on each bite, or dip it in your favorite hot sauce. All sauces work great with this, mild to extreme.
Repeat.

Nothing complicated nor fancy, but gosh I love this, been eating that thing late at night for many years, I just can't get enough.

TL;DR Roll cheese in slice of bread and add hot sauce. Enjoy.
