Cut half an onion in slices
Put them in a container
Pour the juice of 3 limes into the onion
Finely cut 3 Habanero Peppers
Put about a teaspoon of salt
Mix the onion and the habanero so it gets nicely coated with the lime juice.
Let it wait about 5 hours.
Enjoy your hot onion slices. Its a must to enjoy later the leftover spicy lime juice on something like some crisps, but that's all up to you
