cooking What variety am I cooking?

Quick version

What variety of jalapeño might these be? They're very large, excellent flavor, moderately spicy and have huge seeds. Some can be over 6". Would they be some sort of hybrid that won't likely grow these huge pods from their seeds?

Long version

My wife got a Dirty Santa gift of an air fryer at the company Christmas party. She sometimes goes to a grocery store in the hood near her office to get their smoked ribs for us

She's been finding these bigass jalapeños and getting them for me so I can make me some stuffed peppers in her air fryer. Works for me. These peppers are quite good so I wonder if it's worth the trouble to try growing some myself?

So, here's what those stuffed peppers look like.

I remove the seeds and reserve the placenta to chop with sweet onion and garlic. Mix with some cream cheese and shredded Mexican cheese. Add a bit of my carrot sauce for some heat, flavor and color Pink salt and a little bit of lemon juice. Add water soluble capsaicin for a bunch of the pure, clean heat. Add another good dusting of the capsaicin on top for good measure and cook for 15 minutes. Good chow.
