I’m thrilled to join this community of fellow chiliheads. I've always been obsessed with spicy foods and experimenting with different sauces, peppers, and recipes. Recently, I’ve been diving deep into Korean-inspired flavors, especially gochujang, and exploring ways to incorporate it into BBQ, tacos, and even desserts!
I also love discovering unique hot sauces and trying to recreate them at home (still working on my fermentation skills, though!). I’m excited to learn from all of you, share tips, and maybe even swap recipes or ideas.
