Fellow chiliheads, I recently stumbled upon a sauce that blew my mind. It’s a honey gochujang blend—perfect balance of natural honey sweetness and the fiery kick of traditional Korean gochujang. The scoville level isn’t overwhelming, but it’s got enough heat to satisfy spice enthusiasts. I’ve been pairing it with everything from BBQ to noodles.
