issue Think I may have overwatered my seedlings

Hi Folks,
I transplanted my seedlings about 5 or 6 days ago, and although everything else is thriving, I seem to have managed to overwater my Azteco plants 🤔. At the moment I have them on a heating mat under grow lights since the weather is a bit too stormy for hardening off, but even after almost a week, they still don't seem to be perking up. Obviously I'm a bit worried about root rot if they stay too wet for too long, but I think repotting them again so soon would probably be a bit too stressful for them. Any suggestions from the pros out there, please? Some kind of critter seems to have had a munch at one of them too, cos I don't think that leaf damage could be attributed to watering problems... could it? 😳

My first thought was they look like they're wilting from heat stress. First, I'd remove the heat mat. The plants are big enough to not need bottom heat. Second, what kind/how close are the lights? The leaf damage kinda looks like a heat scorch from the lights. Make sure you've got enough distance between the plants and the light(s).

Hang in there. Somebody else might be along with some other thoughts/ideas.

Hi Downriver, thanks for replying.
Given the weight of the pots, and the fact that my (admittedly not particularly expensive) hydrometer was showing "HH", I'm pretty sure the problem was overwatering. The idea of the heat mat was to hopefully draw some moisture from the bottom of the pot to help it dry out, which seems to have helped, as the reading was just over 40% when I measured a few minutes ago. The mat has now been removed, since I'm pretty sure the plants will be a bit more comfortable with that.
Regarding your thoughts on heat scorch, I reckon you're bang on with that one. Mr. Cleverdick here had forgotten to take into account that the repotted plants - in their larger pots, naturally - would be closer to the lights than they were when they were happy, especially since they had also grown taller in the meantime 🙄. Fortunately they have some nice new growth on them, so assuming I haven't destroyed the roots, this shouldn't have done any more damage than to set them back a week or three. Time alone will tell I suppose, but fortunately I have another couple of Azteco plants which I didn't mess up repotting 🤩... although they also still have to survive my attentions to reach maturity 😁.
