Im glad to finally have an account here and get more involved. I've been debating starting a hot sauce project for a while now but have been a bit apprehensive because of all the unknowns associated with getting it off the ground. However, I have been following this forum and reviewing a lot of comments for years and decided to finally give it a go.
My family has an old (150+ years) recipe and we have been talking about taking it to market. But with the guidance from so many of the people here, we are finally doing it.
