glog Dr. Scoville Glog 2025

Hi all,

To start this Glog first this years list. 15 plant i try to overwinter yet half of them are more likely dying than thriving. anyway on newyears day i will start sowing the chinense. next to come in febuary. Have a good one and may 2025 be the year all aphids kill themselfs before the try to eat your chiliplants:fireball:

Mid season update:

Pod are growing on almost all plants.

Plants yet to form fruits are:

Death Spiral
Baumchili Orange

I can not wait for the fruits to ripen and make some great and fiery foods.

Daaaang! Look all them pods!!

I see you're growing chocolate habeneros. I used six chocolate habs (store bought) to make some Caribbean chicken the other night...they were, um, effective 😆Not as hot the second day though. I'd like to grow some next season. Will be fun to see how many yours produce, good luck!

thnx all. So exited.

here are some of my thoughts:

i started pickeling the greek pepperonchini
definitely making aji mango hotsauce
drying aji picante and basket of fire
im thinking of fermenting but never done it before.
aji strawberry strawberry jam is on the list
spicy lemonade sirup
looking forward to spice up home-baked cookies and what not
making pre fab curry pastes
freezing
using fresh in just about everything
and more
