if you can avoid putting anything on your plants it always better. neemoil and light soapy water with a small amount of alcohol are the most harmless/gentle things you an get. Your plants should be fine if you dont apply while the are in full sun.I heard It can damage the plant tho is this true?
Also im using neem oil rn

Pot! I have 2 plantsPots or soil? How many plants?
I heard It can damage the plant tho is this true?mix a drop op cleaning alcohol with a drop of dish soap in a pint of water. Give a shake to make lots of foam.
you can now pick up some foam with your hand and applay it to the affected parts of the plants.
because its foam, it doesnt run directly off, and it gets everywhere you want it.
this suffocates the aphinds. you need to apply daily/any other day for about a week of two because it doesnt get rid of the eggs.
Neemoil works great aswell. mix and spray.
best of luck
Im using neem oil right now! For some reason they coming back..I use in my apartment Zevo insect killer and have the Zevo flying insect trap. I also use the sticky flags that you can stick in the plant soil. Maybe they are gnats but very annoying. Did you try Neem oil? I use Neem max available at Home Depot.
Look for ants, if you have ants on the plants with the aphids, they are literally ranching the aphids. Ant baits at the base of the stem help knock out half the equation. Sevin dust or Diatomaceous earth(if you have lower humidity levels) at base and lower stem helps, and removing affected leaves early is key to control. I am not averse to hitting the affected areas only with Sevin dust(easier said then done, lol), or if its a heavier infestation, using an aphid strength pesticide- happens once or twice a season in Louisiana. The giggle at neem oil here it seems like. Good luck!I grow mine outdoors
I agree with above, if you are already using neem and they keep coming back, they are either hatching from the soil at the base of the plant (unlikely assuming this is fresh compost in a new potted plant) or there are ants putting them there on purpose to milk them.Im using neem oil right now! For some reason they coming back
