to make a simple alioli i chop up finely 6-7 teeth of garlic, and mix it with 3-4 big spoonfulls of mayo. i add a pinch of salt, some herbs and smoked chili powder

i made chocolate brownie last year with 8 pods of bubba. the damn thing is still in the freezer hehe tasty but infernal the day after
