Try any red pepper in brownies, gingerbread, on a roasted apple or pear... heat and sweet is excellent!

Had Chocolate Bhut and Brain Strain in a brownie the other day, and it was pretty damn good. It also had Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Puree in the mix. On ice cream, it was AMAZING.

I love apples and pear, BTW. Putting that on my list of things to try.
