Yup. Got a nice box of peppers on the way, and I taste a sample of every pepper in the box. Have to build a tolerance to extreme heat so I can actually "taste" the difference. 1/4 teaspoon isn't much-----well, not for an aspiring chilehead----and I take a few hours to finish it.
