Lobsters and scallops (pronounced "Looobstahs and Scollups" as I'm learning)are really cheap up here this year - $3/lb for lobsters at the shore. Very nice. I'm going to try some early next week, one baked stuffed with scallops and a ultra-spicy mayo spread over it before baking and regular lobster with Justaguy's T-Scorp cherrywood powder sprinkled on. Eating like a king on the cheap up here. It's great.
