We have had nights @ ~45F but 65+ days. Blooms / pods ripening keeps going on.

Your plants should keep going until both the day and night temps get below 50F on a regular basis. They won't necessarily produce new pods once cooler temps are sustained though. Depending upon how cold it gets in your area, you may want to overwinter some plants - do a search on this site on "overwinter" and lots of stuff will come up. One is pinned at the top of the grow thread for an easy start.
