Charcoal Vs. Gas? lol

I do that more than anybody.

Phil not spending the time or the charcoal to cook one steak. Besides, my grill gets to 800F that doesn't happen with charcoal very easily.
Going out for more propane. Wait until you see this steak!

lol.. .I'm just messin' around. I hear ya. I used to have a gas grill for that same reason.

My grill is propane for a reason... it ain't easy storing 2 weeks of charcoal in 90+ percent humidity after a hurricane. Trust.
