I prefer mine roasted in the oven. Add about an inch of H2O to roasting pan, set the meat on the roasting rack fat side up with the spices applied. Roast about 1 hour per pound at 300 covered with the last half hour uncovered. Requires beer for easier washing down.

Well alright. That's 1 for oven. I was sorta leaning towards that method. But I think I will cook in some beer instead of water... or maybe as well as water.

Yeah I did it last year in a crockpot using Guinness. I'll use Murphy's irish stout this time.

Just like a brisket.
You may want to rub it with pastrami spices first.
If you don't do it for st.patty's day, get an extra one to make pastrami (while they're likely on sale)
