what?!?! that sounds good! how do you turn it to syrup?

nice ! i love real male syrup. i lived above a sugar shack in upstate ny for a year. we had 3000 trees tapped! do you know how many gallons of "sap" it takes to make one gallon of real canada,upstate ny maple syrup?

oh man I hide the real maple syrup from my kids, they get the log cabin and aunt jomama stuff.

so, there are lots of youtube vids on making maple syrup. to think i have had the tree for 20yrs and had no idea. yes,yes and yes, i was raised in maple syrup country but it was always somebody else making it... now it is me.

it is going to sound goofy but i think i need 40Litres to make 1 litre, i have 3 litres and hope to make out at 4. guess after i boil it down, i will get a thimble...huh!
