howd it go??? Get it REALLY hot!!

I brought it up to 500°F in the oven. It cooked well. Pretty quick. It does impart an ancient saltiness in the shrimp. I did miss the traditional seafood boil flavor, but that's fixable with the right marinade. I want to try some scallops on it next
