That judge so stupido! Bring Huy Fong to Texas and we'll legislate an official Sriracha Day Holiday!

That judge probably actually lives in that town and he himself is probably sick of burning eyes and throat, and funky smell in his own back yard. I would bet the CEO's, CFO's, and all the other profiteers DON'T experience that day to day stench.

What about all the regular people that are going to be out of work due to this nonsense. Every industry has it's problems anytime you do anything in business there are byproducts and waste. This is not radioactive waste or chlorine gas we are talking about. There has to be some level of general tolerance for ANY business to take place. California is regulating themselves out of business.

LA Times. I wouldn't wipe my butt with that rag. Complaints that the odor was causing nose bleeds? Please. And the Judge admits to having no evidence of cause. Huy Fong please come to Texas!

200 regular people keep their jobs while, the 53,000 other residents of that town breath that crap. OK. This ain't Boeing or General Motors we're talking about. You can't know how bad (or not bad) it is unless YOU live there. It must be bad enough because people are sick of it enough to file a suit.

"Nose bleeds" is a stretch but who really knows.

You have to remember one thing. Citizens didn't file suit. LAWYERS did. The whole thing stinks. (pun intended)
