Yeah, with this commercial kitchen, I can officially submit my sauces and other products for the THP Awards, and sell the stuff @ Farmer's market's, etc.

Thank you! I've been deliberately limiting the quantities & sales of any sauces to friends, family, coworkers and trusted members on here, and that's generally OK for the (relatively small) amounts I've been making ths far, but with the commercial kitchen opening up near me, it'll open up a ton more doors

Darn, got cut off. but just sauces are on the list because they're acidic, and the state says I have to make the in a commercial setting to be square & above board with the appropriate laws, which the commercial kitchen will allow me to do, and based on the website, I don't need a big deposit or insurance policy, and can rent for only 4 hours a month
